“Live Interactive Computer based” presentations are approved for CLE credit in Arkansas. Be reminded that such programming must be “live”, i.e., you are observing and participating in the program contemporaneous with its’ live presentation at another location. Any other form of computer based CLE, such as programs that you download and review at your home or office do not qualify for CLE credit.
